Why is the Federal Reserve seen by many as a conspiracy rather than an economic issue?

The Federal Reserve is central economic planning. It’s completely unnecessary and antithetical to a free market. It acts as a lender of last resort, so favorited companies don’t have to worry about "risky" ventures (Fannie & Freddie are perfect examples). Completely removes any incentive for honest business if the clowns know a bailout is on the way

Because since the Federal Reserve was created, the dollar has lost 95% of it’s value and they couldn’t give a straight answer when asked if they deliberately manipulated the market.
